By making any payment on BaseraHub.com, users (“you”, “seller”, “customer”) agree to the terms below.

Refunds for purchased leads will not be issued under normal circumstances.

Not Eligible for Refund:

If approved, refunds will be issued as wallet credits or service credits; monetary refunds to the original payment source will be approved only at our discretion.


3. Property Boost / Promotion Payments

Payments made for promotional services (Boost / Visibility / Ads) are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

In case of critical technical failure from our side where service did not start, we may provide:
